HOUSTON, TX and LAGOS, NIGERIA — COLOSSUS Group Corporation, a premier upstream technical consulting firm based in the United States, and TSL Logistics, a leading midstream logistics and energy infrastructure company in Nigeria, have officially signed a landmark Joint Venture (JV) Partnership Agreement.
The strategic alliance positions COLOSSUS Group as the technical partner, combining its specialized upstream technical expertise, digital oilfield solutions, and engineering capabilities with TSL Logistics’ robust midstream infrastructure, operational footprint, and market intelligence in the region. Together, the partners will jointly explore and execute asset development, production optimization, and technical services across the rapidly evolving West African geomarket.
The partnership comes at a pivotal time as regional asset operators increasingly look for advanced engineering and technology-driven solutions to maximize efficiency, reduce operating costs, and unlock value from mature and greenfield assets alike.
